1. What the Platform is

Mn Al Bayt is a marketplace that connects independent local stores with customers. Stores, not Mn Al Bayt, are the sellers of the products listed, and each store is responsible for its products, prices and availability.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app, subject to section 8.

3. Orders and payment

• Orders are placed with the store that sells the product. Prices are set by the store.
• Payment is currently made in cash on delivery. The Platform does not process card payments.
• After you order, the store confirms the items. If an item turns out to be unavailable, the store tells you and you decide whether to continue without it or cancel.
• Stores prepare and deliver orders directly or through delivery drivers connected to the Platform.

4. Rules for stores

• New stores are reviewed and must be approved by us before they can sell.
• Product photos must be real and taken by you. Images copied from the internet or from other stores are not allowed.
• When you upload product photos you confirm that you took them yourself or have the right to use them, and we keep that confirmation, with its date.
• Do not put personal phone numbers or other private contact details in product images, descriptions or comments. All contact between stores and customers happens through the Platform.
• Keep listings accurate and stock up to date, respond to orders within the time allowed, and sell only lawful products.
• A commission applies to every order you fulfill through the Platform. The current rate, which we may change, is always shown in your store dashboard, and what you owe is recorded in your balance and settled with us as shown there.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (products, photos, videos, reviews, comments), and you give us permission to display it on the Platform for as long as it is posted. You must have the right to post it.

Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, hateful, infringing, spammy, or that contains personal contact details. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules. You can report content with the “Report” button in the app, or through the Contact page.

6. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

• You alone are responsible for every photo, video and text you post, and for any claim or loss arising from it. Post only what you own or are entitled to use.
• When you upload product photos you confirm that you took them yourself or have the right to use them, and we keep that confirmation, with its date.
• If you see content that infringes your rights or someone else's, report it with the “Report” button in the app, or through the Contact page, telling us who the rights holder is, which content infringes and where to find it, and what shows that you own it.
• We review every complaint and, if the content appears to infringe rights, we remove or hide it within 72 hours of receiving it, and let the store know.
• If a store repeats the infringement, we suspend its store, and may close it.

7. Points, coins and offers

Loyalty points, store coins, referral rewards and offers work as described in the apps and website at the time. They have no cash value except as the apps state, and we may change or end them.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

We may reject, suspend or close a store or account that breaks these terms, repeatedly ignores orders, has been inactive for a long time, or has commission overdue. You may delete your account whenever you like from the app; this is not possible while you have orders in progress or commission you have not settled. Deleting an account is permanent, and what we erase and what we keep is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our rights

The Platform, its name, design and software belong to Mn Al Bayt. You may not copy, resell or misuse them.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of products sold by stores. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts in Jordan have jurisdiction.
